Delivery and Logistics FAQ
Shipping prices are quoted for every purchase order using a DAP (Delivered at Place) Incoterm. Please note that any Duties and Taxes will be charged to you directly by the courier or by your local customs office.
Please provide us with your own courier account number if you wish us to book the shipping on your existing account, or your own freight forwarder’s details if you wish to arrange the shipping yourself using an EXW (Ex Works) Incoterm. We will liaise with all parties in order to dispatch your goods and we will keep you updated on the progress as we would normally.
ROTOR+, PIXL and any other freight shipments are dispatched via Davies Turner Air Cargo and usually take 1-2 weeks. We will ensure that the delivery vehicle is equipped with a tail lift, however, you will need to provide any necessary unloading facilities and equipment at the place of delivery.
PlusPlates, RePads and any other courier shipments usually take 3-5 working days.
Please note that these are estimated transit times for completed orders. Any delays which may occur in the transportation process are, unfortunately, out of our control.
The more information we can pass on to our third parties, the less risk there is of delays during transit. This may include your EORI number (if you are located in the EU), customs broker details (if none, our third parties will assign their agents), any limitations in delivering (opening/delivery times, ease of access), preferred contact information, etc.
