Assembly Technician

We have opportunities in our assembly department for an Assembly Technician, preferably with experience or knowledge in:

• Mechanical assembly
• Electrical assembly, including wiring and soldering
• Lean manufacturing techniques and practices
• Health & Safety compliance
• Root cause analysis
• Workplace organisation methodologies

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Prioritise work schedules with team
• Follow work instructions & process documentation [written and pictorial] with the confidence to suggest improvements and highlight non-conformities
• Check and test components & assemblies in line with quality processes and procedures
• Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures
• Support the team & Assembly Manager in reporting, developing and improving the assembly area
• Keeping your work area clean and organised at all times
