We have all the usual activities and processes that you would expect, but there are many that are spread around the business utilising many software tools. Initially, we would like you to take ownership of the existing processes and their administration, with a view to centralising our people functions under one software tool which can facilitate our Continuous Improvement Plans and maintain our current excellence. We understand how important and transformative this could be for our teams so you will be responsible for the selection, implementation, roll-out and training & maintenance of this tool, utilising it’s reporting, dashboarding and data analysis to provide key metrics for informing Business Strategy and Performance excellence. You will need to have demonstrable excellence in IT systems/software – while you do not need to be familiar with our current tools, you need to be able to learn, understand and train others in fairly short order, and a good knowledge of Google’s suite of tools would be advantageous.
